		<description>Meditation is another way of unleashing creative thought.  Find a quiet room with somewhere to lay or sit comfortably, close your eyes and start by concentrating on your breathing for a few minutes.  Then slowly start relaxing your body, starting the toes, feet, legs, waist, shoulders, neck and head.  All the time keeping your breathing nice and relaxed.
